Constructed 13 buildings simultaneously including 200,270sf of mixed-use development with a 1257 space parking deck in south Forsyth County GA in 18 months. When all others predicted 2 years or more to complete the project (which did not fit the Performa), Ryan lead the team with a multi-critical path schedule driving up to 150 men per day to complete the project on time during the wettest year in Georgia (over 100 rain impact days). By using fast track techniques and hiring the right trade partners, Ryan led the entire development team to a successful completion despite the weather challenges and 180 plan revisions.
The Ownership Team of Andrew Scott formulated the company after crushing it on this project while working simultaneously on the Campus 244 project in late 2024.
