Campus 244 is a prime example of how ASCD can think outside the box and get things done. The leadership of ASCD were contracted separately for this scope of work whereby we coordinated and built a building, sandwiched between three other structures concurrent with the hardscape construction surrounding it. Combined scope value of $2.5M. Only the foundations and underground were installed prior to the hardscapes around the 5900sf shell with all vertical work, steel, masonry, roof, equipment, glazing etc installed After the surrounding sidewalks were installed in order to complete both the hardscapes and the building at the same time and meet the Campus opening deadline. A true testament to our ability to work as a team and do things a little different if need be to satisfy the owners needs.
The Ownership Team of Andrew Scott formulated the company after crushing it on this project while working simultaneously on the Trader Joe’s project in late 2024.
